This small utility simply allows you to easily disable/enable the 'Windows Messenger' application under Windows XP.
It provides the following 3 modes:
Disable Windows Messenger Completely If you select this option, Windows Messenger is disabled completely, and you won't be able to use it in any way.
Enable Windows Messenger Without Interfering With Outlook Express If you select this mode, Windows Messenger is enabled, but it won't be loaded in the background when you use Outlook Express.
Enable Windows Messenger Completely If you select this mode, Windows Messenger is completely enabled. (This is the default mode in Windows XP)

You can switch between the above 3 modes simply by clicking the desired button.


This utility is released as freeware. You are allowed to freely distribute this utility via floppy disk, CD-ROM, Internet, or in any other way, as long as you don't charge anything for this. If you distribute this utility, you must include all files in the distribution package, without any modification !
